- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required.
- Exchanges are not available—you may return an item for a refund and place a new order if needed.

- Clearance or final sale items
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item).
How to Return an Item
